Banana Bread
Banana Bread - a very easy and delicious desert. I love these kinds of desserts; you mix all the ingredients in a bowl and it's ready to bake.
I can't say that I always have time to make a pompous and complicated dessert, so I turn to these kind of simple recipes. If you have some ripe bananas and want to make a delicious and quick dessert, this recipe is exactly what you were looking for.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of ground flax seeds and 6 tablespoons of water - egg substitute
4 medium ripe bananas
80 ml vegetable milk
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
100 g of sugar
250 g of flour
7 g baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
70 g chocolate chips
50 g walnuts
1 banana - for decoration
almond flakes - for decoration
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Mix 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed and 6 tablespoons of water in a small bowl and set aside.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork; pour over the milk, vinegar, vanilla essence, and sugar. Mix everything well.
Add the rest of the dry ingredients - flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt powder - and mix well.
Pour the mixture of flax and water.
Add the chocolate chips and finely chopped walnuts to the mixture.
Place baking paper in a cake pan and pour the mixture.
Cut a banana in half and place both pieces on top, and sprinkle with flaked almonds.
Place the cake in the oven for 45-50 minutes. Test the cake with a toothpick, if it comes out clean, then it is ready.
Let it cool for about an hour before serving.
