Overnight Chia Pudding

Overnight Chia Pudding - I love how simple and easy to customize this overnight chia pudding recipe is. In just 10 seconds, I can prepare a snack or breakfast. I simply mix all the ingredients before bed, put it in the fridge, and the next morning I can enjoy it.

You can make the pudding with any type of milk: regular, oat, soy, almond, coconut - the options are endless.

Once you have the ratio down, you can experiment and add your favorite fruits or different types of milk. Especially during the summer, when we can get our hands on fresh and healthy seasonal fruits. You can also sweeten it with honey or maple syrup, or serve it plain and garnish it with fruits.

If the ratio is right, it will reach the perfect consistency, and you can store it in the fridge for several days. Before serving, stir it with a spoon to break up any clumps and allow the seeds to separate.
