Chocolate Chip Muffins
Chocolate Chip Muffins - fluffy muffins with dark chocolate chips and vanilla flavor. A very simple and quick recipe, simply delicious.
They are very similar to the classic muffins from pastry shops, fluffy and moisty, with only a few ingredients. You have to try this recipe.

Ingredients:
240 ml vegetable milk
15 ml (1 tablespoon) apple cider vinegar
250 g of flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
140 g of sugar
1 pinch of salt
2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
80 ml of oil
140 g chocolate chips
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
In a small bowl, mix the vegetable milk with the vinegar with a whisk, and set it aside.
In a larger bowl, add all the dry ingredients - flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, mix them very well.
Pour the oil and vanilla essence over the milk and vinegar mixture.
Pour the wet mixture over the dry mixture and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips, and mix gently.
I used an ice cream measuring spoon, but you can also use a normal spoon, with which you distribute the composition into 12 muffin compartments.
Put them in the oven for 18-20 minutes.
You do the toothpick test, if it comes out clean, means they are ready.
