Creamy Green Bean and Potato Soup
Creamy green bean and potato soup – an easy to make, nutritious and very tasty soup with lots of potatoes, green beans and spices. The lemon juice or vinegar is totally optional, but it adds a nice flavor to the soup. I'm sure you'll love it.

Ingredients:
2 white onions
3 pieces of carrots
5 cloves of garlic
7 medium white potatoes
300 g frozen green beans
5 tablespoons of sunflower oil
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
30 ml lemon juice or vinegar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon salt
Method:
Finely chop the onions and sautee in a pot with a little oil.
Chop the carrots into cubes and cook them together with the onion.
Crush the garlic with a press and add it to the pot. Add all the spices, cook them for about 1 minute and pour 1 l of water over or vegetable stock.
Meanwhile, peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, and add them in the pot. Add more water if necessary.
When the potatoes are almost ready, add the beans and let it cook for 10 more minutes.
At the end, add the lemon juice and it's ready to serve.
