Strawberries and Chocolate Crepes

Strawberries and chocolate crepes - the easiest and most delicious dessert recipe.


Made with just a few ingredients, a little sugar, no eggs and no milk. You can make something so delicious and fast using ingredients you probably already have around the house.


The strawberries are organic, picked straight from the garden, fresh, and so flavorful. I can say that I’m very lucky to have parents who live in the country; they always supply me with fresh fruits and vegetables every season.


I chose strawberries for the topping because they are a little sour and blend perfectly with the sweetness of the chocolate.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 30 minutes

 

Ingredients for the composition:

  • 300 g of flour

  • 600 ml of mineral water

  • 3 tablespoons of oil

  • 1 spoon of sugar

  • 1 pinch of salt

Topping:

  • 250 g of strawberries

  • 200 g hazelnut and chocolate cream

Method:

  1. In a large bowl, add the flour, pour the mineral water little by little, and whisk well.

  2. Add some oil in the bowl, sugar, salt, and mix well.

  3. Put a non-stick pan on medium heat, grease the pan with a little oil, and using a ladle pour in the composition in the middle. Form the crepe by gently moving the pan with your hand.

  4. If the pan is too hot, turn the heat to low intensity.

  5. Let them cook on one side for about 2 minutes and on the other for 1 minute.

  6. When you have all the crepes ready, spread the chocolate cream, add the sliced strawberries and roll.

  7. Enjoy!
