Crispy potato cake filled with salad

Crispy grated potato cake filled with a colorful salad with fresh vegetables, olives and mixed seeds.

ingredients for the potato cake:

  • 1 medium potato

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil

Ingredients for salad:

  • 80 g mixed salad

  • 2 cucumbers

  • 1 tomato

  • 50 g olives

  • 1 tablespoon mixed seeds

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method:

  1. Grate the potatoes through a large grater, drain the water, then add the spices - salt, pepper and paprika.

  2. Put a little oil in a pan and let it heat up on medium heat, but not too much.

  3. Spread the grated potato over the entire surface of the pan, in a thin layer, and let it fry on medium to low heat until the edges start to brown.

  4. Carefully turn the cake to the other side and let it fry for another 5 minutes.

  5. Take out the potato cake on a flat plate, and in the meantime prepare the salad.

  6. Fold it in half like a tortilla and you fill it with the prepared salad.
