Delicious oatmeal breakfast
Such a tasty breakfast, it's important to start the day with a little treat. I am happy every morning when I have to prepare this breakfast, it is simple and fast, and also very good.
This breakfast contains everything you need to start your morning strong:
creaminess (due to peanut butter, milk and bananas)
freshness (due to aromatic berries)
texture (thanks to nutritious seeds and peanut butter)

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 8 minutes
Ingredients:
200 g oat flakes
500 ml vegetable milk (I used soy milk)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground flax seeds
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
Topping:
bananas
1-2 tablespoons (15-30 ml) nut butter (I used peanut butter)
cranberries
mix of nuts and dried fruits
chia seeds
Method:
In a medium pot over high heat, add the oats, milk and flaxseeds. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat to a minimum, and stir occasionally for 8 minutes.
Add the cinnamon and cook for another 2 minutes.
Finally, add the vanilla extract and remove from the heat. Add more milk or water if you want a thinner consistency or cook for 2 more minutes if you want a thicker consistency.
Add the toppings and it's ready.
