Vegetable soup with noodles

Vegetable noodle soup, a simple and flavorful recipe, is perfect for enjoying a warm and healthy meal. This nutrient-rich soup combines the delicate taste of fresh vegetables with the smooth texture of noodles.

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium onions

  • 3 carrots

  • 3 parsnips

  • 6 potatoes

  • 1 bunch of dill

  • 3 rounds of noodles

Method:

  1. Peel and chop the vegetables. Finely chop the onions, cut the carrots and parsnips into small cubes, and the potatoes into medium-sized cubes.

  2. Add the chopped onions and carrots to a pot, pour water over them, and let it simmer.

  3. Then add the parsnips and potatoes to the pot. Mix them well and let them cook.

  4. Let the soup simmer over medium heat for about 20-25 minutes or until the vegetables become tender.

  5. Finely chop the dill.

  6. Add the rounds of noodles to the soup and continue boiling for 3 minutes, until the noodles are cooked.

  7. Before serving, add the chopped dill to the soup. You can enjoy the hot soup with a slice of fresh bread.
