Chocolate chip cookies
It is one of the most delicious recipes of cookies I have ever eaten. It looks a lot like the famous American cookies.
It is the first vegan cookies recipe that I tested and I can say that I was surprised by how good they came out, slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, simply a delight.
Portions: 16 cookies

Ingrediente:
260 g flour
220 g brown sugar
130 g butter from cashew or cocoa
1 teaspoon cinnamon
60 ml vegetable milk
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Half teaspoon baking soda
Half teaspoon salt
100 g of dark chocolate chips
Ingrediente:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
In a saucepan for the sauce, melt the butter and set it aside for 3 minutes.
Over the butter add milk, sugar, vanilla, and peanut butter; mix all the ingredients well.
In a larger bowl, mix the flour, bicarbonate, cinnamon, and salt.
Pour the liquid composition over the dry one and mix well, but don’t overmix.
Put baking paper on a large tray, with an ice cream spoon add the composition on the tray. You can also use a normal spoon and gently form them with your hands.
Place pieces or chocolate chips over them.
I recommend baking them in two rounds, if you crowd them too much, when they bake, they will spread and stick between them.
Before putting the tray in the oven, leave the tray in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Put them to bake for 12 minutes, even if they seem to be unfinished or very soft, after they cool, they will be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
